Humanity - Societas Humanitatis Association is actively involved in the debates about social reforms and building institutions of a social country. 

Through projects focused on groups living on the edge of financial and social existence in a community, the Association aims at reducing social differences. The Association’s light motive is the belief that the respect of human dignity of any individual may be achieved only through intra-social solidarity of the “the strong” with “the less strong”. 

Having in mind that one should avoid dependence on someone else’s help, we wish to adhere to the principle "help through self-help". This means that we primarily attempt to support and improve self-initiative of individuals and groups. 

An important pre-condition for the functioning of social sector is a close and trustful cooperation of the non-governmental sector and the relevant government institutions and administration. Such cooperation will be our goal in the implementation of all our projects.
